Four big GE's sit at idle, waiting for crew. Just east of these engines on RC2 sit eighty or so loads of coal which these engines will take to the Mt Storm power plant.

Big power almost fills Piedmont as they move Q 317 west, passing one of the few CPLs left on the mountain sub. I used to watch EM-1's pass this very signal a long time ago!

Thirteen cars and leaves on the rails means 734 is going to need help..so here 501 and 502 push hard near Frostburg.

A long excursion train works uphill at the Parkesburg Bridge. Just a little past peak, the leaves are still very colorfull.

WMSR 734 works nicely thru the Narrows, steam coming from what I've been told is a reproduction whistle as used on the Western Maryland's Potomacs.
