This is the last train I ever saw on the former B&O line from Willard to Newark that ran through Mansfield. South of Mansfield, the right of way is now a bike path.
This rickety tower held an operator working the Conrail (formerly PRR and EL) and Chessie system (former B&O) crossing on the north side of Mansfield. I believe it was torn down in the early 80s.
