This was one of the last 2 ex B&O GP30's that still were in B&O paint at the time, but the engines had been renumbered from the B&O numbers to CSX numbers.
RDC's wait in the yard near the 24th St. Station. B&O would end all passenger operations here at the end of April, 1958. GP7 #3400 waits in the background.
