With 4 BN units for power, the Aberdeen local grinds up the grade in Marvin. Pretty awesome sight to see this many BN units on one train!

The Aberdeen local heads west past the impressive elevator complex in Appleton on the last bit of ex GN trackage it'll be on. In about a mile, they will cross onto the ex Milwaukee Road mainline.

Another tardy day for the Aberdeen local, though not as tardy as last time, heading into Kerkhoven, with the consist flipped this time around.

The East Local heads west out of Grove City. This is the last place they work on the trip, so it was smooth sailing here on out.

The Willmar West local heads westbound at a curve east of Kerkhoven.

The Northtown, MN to Laurel, MT manifest heads west into Willmar Yard with a big consist. Only the 2 units up front would stay on for the rest of the trip to Laurel.

The foam was thick on this day as the Willmar East local was being powered with 3 BN SD40-2s. This set would end up on the Aberdeen local later in the day.
