Simpson locomotives switch out some log cars on a sunny winter morning. The brick structure in the background is the Simpson Railroad roundhouse.

I was able to find much on this locomotive besides that it seems to have most likely worked at the ARCO refinery in Blaine, Wa. UPY 1147 still awaits a future in its SP patch-job paint.
