With a fresh NS crew on board, train 26A (KCS I-DAAT) prepares to depart Meridian. Leading today's train is a Santa Fe Warbonnet, a rarity in 2022.

The 600-699 series were the first ATSF units delivered with Hi-Adhesion trucks. BNSF renumbered ATSF 666 to 599 on 06/30/02 (666 is a biblical reference to the Anti-Christ)

Sitting in the "Old Pitt", BNSF 644 is in good company with old paint. The GTW 5812 has also seen a better day paint wise. Nice to find a gem in the rough once in a while.

BNSF 600 (A44C4M rebuilt from a Santa Fe Dash-9) leads a freight north through Greenland on the Joint Line.

The California Zephyr leaves Denver's Union Station and runs under the Park Avenue Viaduct which is adjacent to the BNSF engine servicing facility.
