An unexpected Friday afternoon southbound on the GNRR with their EMD 567 leading 24/3 freight. Marble chips are booming, with 23 loaded hoppers making up the majority of the train.
Even 35 empty covered hoppers can get the girls worked up, at 10mph and the same gradient and allignment as the original Marietta & North Georgia Railroad constructed in the 1870's.
