The 3876's crew is switching lumber loads out of the Shelton spur tracks then will back down and couple to the rest of the train at the pass before heading back to Elma.
It's a hot August afternoon and the 3876 is crawling up Maxwell Hill with two other GP38s on the return trip to Elma pulling loads from the Shelton Mill and garbage stacks from Belfair.
