UP 1983 again on the move, crusies passed MP 358 just up from the Cable X-overs. The 1983 is only a few short miles away from Tehachapi Summit.

After holding at Rowen to allow for some distance between it and the train in front the 1983 was moved up to Woodford to meet the ILBOA.
