C28 switches out Leetsdale with the NS 100 Genset unit 2nd out. Despite the 100 being 2nd in the consist, it is where the engineer was operating the train from.
C28 is shown with the NS 100, a RP20BD, working Leetsdale in what looks like an abandoned line, completely covered in weeds.
