The first rays of sunrise catch NS 6183 along with yard slug 875 and friend rolling out into the Bellevue yard to start the days work.
It's 5:28 AM and the yard switchers are busy shoving cars through the light fog and up and over the hump.
Night shift: It's 5:26AM and the only movement in the east yard is #6183 pushing a string of freights over the hump.
NS 6183 with her two slugs in tow pass the Locomotive Shop as they go about the business of gathering cars to be sent over the classification hump track
An SD40-2 and 2 RPU6 slugs pull a cut of cars to be positioned on the hump yard lead track. Nice to see motive power as clean as these units.
