The ECL pulls up with a long string of cars, soon they will leave the cars here, and head back by the salt pile in the background, to switch out some cars there.

The snow flies as OC Gp30 4218 returns from a run to Cambridge on the former B&O. Parked to the left is a caboose that was never put to use and was eventually hauled away.
OHCR 4218 is one of the many engines on the display line.
At trainfest
A first generation lashup leads a westbound local out of Zanesville, on trackage recently acquired by the Columbus & Ohio River RR (CUOH). This was formerly the CSX Central Ohio Sub.
Ohio Central's only Operable Ex CSX GP30m works the recently Acquired Cambridge, Ohio section of railroad.
Can't see much of the train at this location(it only had 7 cars anyway), but the color was nice so I took the shot.
After interchanging with CSX at Warwick,Ohio, the OC steel train heads south.
