VIA 6135 is a Phase II RDC, but it is riding on fabricated trucks from a Phase I car. While all Phase II cars were delivered on cast frame trucks, the only Phase I RDCs built with cast frame trucks, were those assembled for the Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines. - Post a Comment - (Registration is no longer required to post photo comments.)
