| Remarks: The effects of the Great Flood of 2008 have been devastating to the Iowa Chicago & Eastern Railroad. The Turkey River overran its banks and undermined the southern support of the Turkey River bridge south of Marquette, IA, causing the bridge to collapse as a northbound train rolled over it. Here, almost a week after the collapse, crews are still removing cars from the river. |

If they're pulling stuff that big out of the river, I'd like to hear their story about the one that got away. |
