Remarks & Notes 
KCS 4688 had enough this morning and its prime mover apparently decided to "run away". You could see the smoke from 10 miles away. KCPD and KCFD responded to KCS Knoche Yard this morning and watched the 4688 burn herself out. It made one awful noise when it seized up and flamed out.
