Remarks & Notes

Photographer- Clark Frazier- from my personal collection. Early June 1959 finds Y6a 2158 awaiting her fate at the hands of the ivory hunters. Sister 2156, the sole remaining Y6a resides at the Museum of Transportation in St Louis, MO and is currently being sent to Virginia Museum of Transportation in Roanoke on a 5 year loan between the two museums.
