On a gorgeous Summer morning, Amtrak train P089, the Palmetto, heads south with the Phase IV Heritage Unit up front. Seen in the foreground is the Rappahannock Chapter of the NRHS's Little Yellow Train; Restored Maintenance of Way Equipment run each Saturday Morning, and its a nice reunion of some Mid 50's equipment and an older paint scheme!
