Back when CSX switched the downtown area you could always depend on something being assigned to the job, usually a GP40 but on this date a rare former C&O unit makes things interesting.
Fairly rare anywhere these were regulars here, from the days when C&O bought them.
Y103-29 heads to Elmdale siding to run-around their train to head back west work industry..This one of only 6 left on the roster.

The SD20-2 is an SD35 with a 645 prime mover and upgraded electrics. Waiting to go to work ditching on CSX' P&A sub.
