| A historic photograph by an unknown photographer showing the LMS 'Coronation Scot' train on show at Hartford during its tour of the USA in 1939. The locomotive is actually No 6229 'Duchess of Hamilton' renumbered and renamerd for the tour. The streamlined cladding is currently being restored to the loco that belongs to the NRM at York in the UK. |
