Like ghosts from the past, these searchlight signals (complete with their cantilevered signal mast) still keep watch over the double-to-single track junction on the south end of Tunnel 26 just to the south of Oakdale, TN. Even with as many trains as they have faithfully directed over the years their days are surely numbered until they will be replaced with ugly, modern versions.
