Remarks & Notes
This old Pittsburg and Shawmut pad lock will stand sentry only a few more days on the flange greaser that it has occupied for decades. The CWR of this line is in the process of being removed by B&P Rail Train and this line is supposed to become another Rails to Trails. The line ended revenue operation in 2004 due to a washout, and was opted to not be repaired due to only moving 1 coal train per month from the Shannon Tipple in Sligo, PA. The CWR is being transplanted onto B&P's Shelocta Runner which is jointed rail, and by what I understand, very rough.
