During a snow storm on New Years Day, Q424 crosses the Westfield River in Chester, MA, descending the grade out of the Berkshires. After falling and smashing my knee against the side of a boulder, unable to make it to the rivers edge in time, I had no choice but to take the picture where I stood. I guess I could say the first picture of '08 started off with a "bang".
