A tattered and worn pair of SD45's have a string of ore jennies in tow over the Escanaba River in Wells, Michigan. That latticework bridge is a hallmark of former CNW lines. Interestingly, it is almost certainly older than the highway bridge to the right, but the highway bridge has half collapsed into the river, with huge slabs of concrete hanging by the rebar. Long after it has since collapsed completely and the SD45's have gone to scrap, the CNW bridge will still stand firm.
