On a long summer evening, CN 9548, 9567, and 9570 bring train 317 through Newtonville, Ontario. Train 317 and it's counterpart 318 were the "dimentional" trains that carried high and wide loads over the Kingston Sub between the Toronto and Montreal terminals. These trains are a memory now, with dimentional traffic moving on regular trains. The regular sight of a trio of GP40-2L's working road freights is also a thing of the past. 1927hrs.
