Amtrak train 22, the Texas Eagle, runs through heavy snow as the sun is trying to break through after a February 1987 snow storm. The train is stopping at the Union Depot, and the small shack at right was known as BN Target, a manual interlocking that had a mandatory stop and proceed. STEVE SMEDLEY PHOTO
