| Westbound MidTOWN Direct to Gladstone. Notice this Comet IV has all of its horn bells facing foward. Most Comet IVs had 3 of the 5 bells rear-facing as a way of distributing the noise to make it less focused in a single direction. NJT 5029 was originally the highest Comet IV Cab Car on the roster before Comet IV Cabs 5009 and 5010 were renumbered to become 5030 and 5031. |
