47712 “Pride of Carlisle” with 47501 DOR hauls Stobart Rail Tours’ 1Z47 “The Central Wales Winter Wonderland” 06.25 Paddington to Shrewsbury past Wistanstow. The tour didn’t live up to its name, by not traversing the Central Wales Line on its return, due to the poor state of health of 47501, running instead direct to Newport via Hereford.
