| Cable cars work great on steep hills ... until the cable develops a problem. Here is San Francisco Municipal Railway car 2, stalled at Clay and Powell Streets, at the north end of Chinatown. Unfortunately, this line on Powell Street is used by two of the three cable car lines. |
