Metro North is looking stylish behind FL9s 2014 and 2018 and a string of Bombardier Shoreliners. This picture was taken from across the Hudson River, at Bear Mountain Park, and shows the train as it is passing MP 43.5 - Northbound on 1. The FL9s are in Metro North's "Beach Ball" paint scheme, while the Shoreliners wear Metro North's far more sedate silver and blue scheme. The FL9s were delivered to the New Haven about 9/57 (then to PC and CR - with MTA paint), while the Shoreliners are from 1982/1983 and were first delivered directly to Metro North itself.
