Ever have that sluggish feeling? That was the case for 10N today with the entire fleet of NS RP-E6Y slugs in the consist. The slugs, 990, 991, 992, and 993 are headed to Juniata to be rebuilt as NS class RPU6 slugs. Also in the consist is unpatched SD70 2580.
