| LTEX 3803 pushing a cut of tankers into the PetroCanada lubricants refinery in Clarkson. 3803 (and sister LTEX 2077) are on lease to Railserve who now have the switching contract at this facility. These units, built originally for C&O were bought by Progress Rail from Aberdeen, Carolina & Western and then re-sold to Larry's. Railserve took over the switching duties from Ontario Southland. |
