Remarks & Notes 
NJT e/b 1156 is on the Rockland Running track, adjacent to the two main tracks, and is ready to enter Suffern station for the trip east. U34CH 4154 is providing the power on the rear. The cab car 5146 was destroyed in the infamous head-on collision at West End in 1996 where both engineers and a passenger were killed.
