| Like actors, locomotive crews also 'play to the gallery', for they are only too aware that the Moorgates area will usually have a number of onlookers of both day tripper and enthusiast varieties. Their spectacular approach is often captured, but rarely is the attractive stone bridge included in the photograph. Probably because of the modern 'height warning' signs and the likelihood of including a contemporary road vehicle. So what? |
