| BNSF 4596 is on the back of a string of light engines running from B Yard to A Yard, and looking like she's been fixed with Bondo. This engine reminded me of all my dad's old cars and how he'd let vagabond repairmen fix them in parking lots with colored Bondo. This was an interesting string of five "toasters" and a single GP60M. Among the GEs were two Dash 9s, a Dash 8, and two GEVOs. The GEEP and the Dash 8 were both Warbonnets. The heavily wounded #4596 was delivered all the way back in December of 1999. |
