I guess, if the pieces are just sitting around, they might as well be used for something. While wandering around Steamtown's locomotive repair shop, we found this part (the petticoat pipe, or draft pipe, which directs the steam into the stack) off Boston & Maine 4-6-2 3713 being used as a mop holder. Thanks to those who were able to name the part.
