Remarks & Notes
The waiting room in the restored Omaha Union Station which is now the Durham Museum. Built by the Union Pacific and completed in 1931, the station supported Union Pacific, Rock Island, Missouri Pacific, Milwaukee, Wabash, Great Western, Illinois Central and North Western Railroads. In the Glory Days of railroading this station with the Burlington Route station next door made Omaha the fourth largest passenger railroad center in America.
