| RS-3s sit in the sun idling over the weekend. The recent snowfall is melting making the whole New York Central yard area a mud season mess. These ALCO units were the GP9s of the early sixties on the Boston and Albany Division. These road switchers ran local and through freights and backed up E units on mainline varnish. |
