A Utah Railway IPP coal empty and a Union Pacific Salt Lake to Denver manifest meet at CP RG672, Narrows in Spanish Fork Canyon. The UP was having CTC outages on this day, and the UP train went first, having been flagged by a stop indication signal at CP Narrows.
