The sun and storm clouds combine with a sligthly shallow depth of field to give the LA skyline an almost painted appearance, as it's guarded by a Genset across the Los Angeles River. Image was taken from the block long Kearny Street, and the 3GS21B is sitting on Myers Street, on the team track. UPY #2727 was delivered by National Railway Equipment to the UP on June 30, 2007, part of a 60 unit order of all new gensets, assigned specifically to the Los Angeles basin to please the California Air Resources Board.
