A B&M survivor toughs out another New England winter. While driving down Dutton St. in Lowell one bright winter afternoon, I spied an old friend standing watch over the deserted platform at the National Park Visitor Center. Isolated by snow piles and ice, B&M 410 looked lonely and just begging for someone to come visit her. Although the footwear I had on was inadequate for the conditions, I climbed through the snow banks anyway....and the old girl proved to be pretty good company for me and my Nikon!
