IN DA HOOD..734 struts over the Rt 28 road crossing in Ridgely on her way to Cumberland for the day's run. Wonder if the dishes were rattling in that house next to the bridge! H. O. "Hogie" Hovatter is at the throttle on one of his last runs for the Scenic.
