| Rush hour traffic comes to a halt in downtown Freehold as SA31 crosses through the middle of the Throckmorton St (Rte. 522) and Main St. (Rte. 537) intersection. The last customer on the active section of the Freehold Industrial Track is Honeywell, Inc. which receives a car or two only a few times each month. Honeywell is on the east side of Freehold while all other customers are on the west side meaning a run through downtown is a rare move with most occuring at night. The last time I saw a train cross Main St. was during a 'Cruise Night' in the early 90s. |
