| The 21 FINEVIEW line wasn’t the only one with a “fine view”, in fact it was hardly even the best example. Route 40 MT WASHINGTON displayed the Ohio River valley to its riders. Photographer Joe Jessel chartered many streetcars over a five year period so that he could set up the best views for posterity, such as this early winter morning example. |
