Stored in Ogden Shops, she's coming apart without any protection. Looked pretty good in 1975 when she was first stored, but since then Calgary weather has taken its toll. Because of the wear, you can see the original paint showing through in the form of the grey stripe, now darker than the surrounding paint.
This is the only H16-44 remaining from CP's roster of 40. CP also rostered other CLC products, including C-liners and H24-66 "Trainmasters". Of those, CPA16-4 4104 is on display in Nelson, BC, 4105 in the Museum of Science and Technology in Ottawa, and 8909, the only remaining H24-66 in the world, in Exporail's museum in Delson, near Montreal. 2 other H16-44s remain, both in Mexico.
