SNIM uses EMD GPL15's as switching locmotives at its port in Cansado (near Nouadhibou). The "L" stands for "Light", as it weighs slightly less than a regular GP15. Those boxes behind the cab are special air filters used to deal with the blowing sand in the Sahara.
