| Delivered to the Chesapeake & Ohio by ALCO in early 1944, K4 Kanawha 2-8-4 sits on display at Broad Street Station (now home to the Science Musuem of Virginia). #2732 was one of a fleet of 2-8-4s that had a very short service life (retirement began in 1951 and was complete in 1957). This engine was on display for years at the Robin Hood Road Visitors Center, before coming to Broad Street in 2003. |
