Reciently rebuilt road slug RP-E4c's 703-702 await the call to duty at Rose Yard in Altoona, PA. 703 was rebuilt from NS GP38 2954, ex Conrail 7924. 702 was rebuilt from NS GP38 2951, ex Conrail 7913. Photo taken with permission.
