Remarks & Notes

Nearing sunset as this local out of Ottumwa, IA rolls east. This local will stop at New London, IA here in a couple miles to pickup some cars off the Des Moines, IA to Quincy, MO local that were setout in the siding. Alot of the B40's have been pushed into local service on the BNSF, long from the Santa Fe days of 70 mph pig trains.
