Eltham, on the suburban line to Hurstbridge, is something of an operating museum when it comes to infrastructure. On the left can be seen a mechanical semaphore signal, one of six still remaining at this location. The driver of this Hurstbridge-bound EMU has gone inside to collect the Eltham-Hurstbridge section Train Staff.
