| Over the years, I've been to this spot many times looking for a well-lit shot of 475 tackling the grade between Cherry Hill and Esbenshade. Time after time, I'd wait here in brilliant sunlight....only to have the only cloud in the sky make a run for the sun at train time. On this trip, I finally got lucky. There were only a few scattered clouds dotting the sky and the late afternoon sunlight was made-to-order. The fine folks from Lancaster County even manicured the line for me! Stick a fork in this one! |
